Great, safe place to live. Monthly lot fee is only $150 which includes, water, trash, free lawn care, pool access, and a basketball court.
I lived there for about 10 years. It is a wonderful place to live and if I don't leave the area in the near future, I may just purchase another new mobile home and have it delivered again, just like I did back in 1989. The park is clean and beautiful. There are wooden street signs with moss baskets. There is an in ground pool and a basketball court. It truly is a community, I miss it very much. Not to mention at $150 per month, lot rent is very reasonable. It includes, water, garbage, use of the pool and basket ball court.
