This was the worse company I have ever done business with. They sold me a Kirby sweeper, took my money promised me things and never followed through with their promise. Then the number I was given to call if I ever had any problems was disconnected! So I got screwed out of $2000.00 and now I have a sweeper that's a piece of junk. When I contacted Kirby I was refused when I asked to talk to a supervisor. needless to say I would suggest NO ONE EVER EVER do business with them.
