I used this company recently, March 13, 2014. I moved into a house that had roaches. They came and sprayed. It was working pretty quick but it took a second call. I was treated respectfully, and was called back from the service man. My appointment was handled in a timely manner. He came back sprayed again, and so far I see no more roaches! Had a great experience, the fellow was courteous and informative. I have had success with their business and would call them again before anyone! Good Job!
I used this company on March 17, 2010. They sprayed for ants. They stated that if we saw more ants to call them back and they would come back and spray again. I called back and I was told that they would have the service guy call me back. I called back Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday at least 6 times and was told I would get a call back. Once I called for the 6th time on Monday the lady told me that she again would have someone call me back later Tuesday afternoon. I advised her that the serviceman stated that he would come back the very next day and that since he sprays at SOMC on Monday that he would come back no later than Monday. The lady advised me that their hours are over for the day and that people needed to go home. I advised he that I understood and that if I could not get service today I would like a refund and the lady immediately hung up the phone. I was forced to put a stop payment on the check. I do not recommend this company!!!!!
