Poor customer service waited 15 minutes outside of Lane that was blocked guy couldn't stop what he was doing to see what we wanted while behind us person at the desk couldn't walk to over to the find out what we wanted either so we left. We were also going to purchase a riding mower but considering the poor customer service e we will be buying somewhere else ..
This location is horrible. No one wants to help customers and there is always one register open with 10 people in line.. This store needs some management help. Very disappointing
Customer service is nonexistent in this store. Waited for 20 minutes at hardware after pushing the need assistance button and no one ever showed up. Stopped one employee for help and he acted as if I was a bother to him. He looked in one isle and said I don't see the item you want and then just walked away!!! I am done with this store. I waited at the customer service desk forever also with no help then just left the store with nothing I wanted to purchase. Pitiful just pitiful. Lowe's should be ashamed!
We always enjoy shopping at Lowe's mainly because they have all of our home improvement needs. This store is always clean and well organized. The associates are always very helpful and easily found in each department.
We shop here because there is NO OTHER home improvement store within 25 miles. The store is dirty...items on the shelf have dirt and dust all over. Then when you go to pay you could watch an episode of The Big Bang Theory in the time you wait in line. We did the Mylowes card so my fiance could get the 10% discount...everytime we have to go back to service to have it credited....oh and again another LONG wait for someone to override...they need some competition. Would be great if Home Depot would build a store in the area...definitely need one!!
